🥕 Classic Cabbage & Potato Soup
- 3 potatoes, peeled & diced
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 carrot (or frozen), chopped
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar (optional)
- Boil all until tender (~25 mins)
🧄 Garlic & Pea Potato Soup
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup sweet peas (frozen or canned)
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt, pepper, and a splash of vinegar
- Sauté garlic, then boil all until soft
🧅 Creamy Onion Potato Soup
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tsp oil or butter
